In June, I announced that along with another claimant (Parent A) that we were launching a Judicial Review against the NHS, as such, a letter of action was issued to the Secretary of Health on June 2nd 2023. My 21 yo son is caught and has said to me “how old do I have to be to make my own decisions for my own body?” He has yet to be stable or have therapy for an extended period of time. It’s super scary and debilitating for us, his family.
